My name is Kristina Hill and I am super excited to be teaching 3rd grade for another year at Lithia Springs Elementary School! This is my fifth year teaching. I taught 3rd grade for 3 years in Clayton County from 2016-2019, then came to Douglas County to teach 3rd grade in 2019. This is my second year here. I have always taught 3rd grade all subjects, but this will be my first year teaching only math, science, and social studies. I was born and raised in Georgia with one brother and one sister. I graduated from the University of West Georgia where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I got married early this year in February 2020 and became Mrs. Hill. In my spare time I love sewing, cooking, and enjoying the cool breezes and splashing waves at the hot summer beach. I am very passionate about student learning development, and I enjoy making learning engaging, memorable, and fun! My goal is to incorporate active learning into the curriculum and maintain a classroom that is an exciting, dynamic learning environment.
