Kimberly Tembo

I am a graduate of the Douglas County School System.  I graduated from Atlanta Christian College with a Bachlors of Science in Education in 2000.  This is my 20th year working in education.  It is my fourth year teaching at Lithia Springs Elementary.  In 2016 I became certified to teach Special Education and last year I trained to teach gifted students.    

I live in Douglasville with my husband, Godfrey, and our two daughters, Grace (15) and Maliyah (13).  We also have several fur babies.  We enjoy spending time together traveling to visit friends and family both in the U.S. (usually Texas or Florida) and in Zambia, Africa where my husband grew up.
