Hello My Name Is...
Felicia Hall
Allow me to reintroduce myself. I am Mrs. Hall, the assistant principal who wants nothing but the best for the students and staff at Lithia Springs Elementary School. What an honor it is to have served this learning community for the last three years! During this time, I have positively impacted student achievement, ensured safety for all, worked diligently to create a positive culture and climate, fostered lasting relationships, and promoted the whole child.
For over 25 years, I have served and supported stakeholders as an educator in Georgia and in Texas. I have over 10 years of experience as an assistant principal, and I enjoy making a difference in the lives of others. In 2018, I co-authored a realistic fiction, The Elite Force and Middle School Madness, with my son, Cameron. During the 2020-2021 school year, I had the pleasure of facilitating a book study of my novel for an amazing group of 4th and 5th grade scholars. This was an impactful experience for these learners, especially the 5th graders because they didn’t get an opportunity to go on the annual field trip to Turner Middle School due to the restrictions from the pandemic. By engaging in discussions and making real world connections, the students were able to get a better understanding of middle school life.
I am fully committed to meeting each child where he or she is, maintaining high expectations for academics and behavior, and ensuring that each child is afforded every opportunity to succeed and excel. I appreciate the support from and partnership with the parents, families, and community. Together, we are better.
