Monique Ordon

Greetings! I have the honor of teaching and serving the students at Lithia Springs Elementary this year as a 2nd grade teacher.  I am the Mother of two, Devin and Ava.  I also have the pleasure of raising two "Bonus Kids".  I was born in New Orleans but raised most of my life in Alabama.  I graduated high school from Elba High School in 2000 and, later, earned a B.S. in K-6 Elementary Education from Troy University in 2008.  Since graduation, I have worked with children in many capacities including working as a Technology Support Specialist, Special Needs Paraprofessional, and Computer Lab Teacher.  I have previously taught 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades.  The 2023-2024 school year will be my 11th year as a classroom teacher.
